St. Peter’s Episcopal Church – Rome, Georgia
Our first project for St. Peter’s Episcopal Church was to re-lead “The Guardian Angel,” a large ten foot diameter stained glass window located in their santuary. Much of the window had broken glass due to a failing lead matrix and support system.
Glass Conservation for their windows included the reproduction of several pieces of painted glass, including the face of a young child, as well as numerous epoxy and copper-foil glass repairs.
Studio Glass also performed structural repairs to the steel frame that divides the window into seperate sections and suppotrs the stained glass.
